Are single day passes available?Yes. During the registration process you will have the option to select the full conference pass or a single day pass. For rates and early bird deadlines, visit our Registration page.
Are payment plans available?Yes. At checkout you will have the option to select a monthly payment plan or pay in full.
Are meals included in the conference pass?No, however daily healthy lunches can be added on to your registration for an additional fee of $360. The meal add-on includes four (4) lunches and can be added on to your registration at any time.
Can I make changes to my conference registration?Yes. To make changes (i.e. add a dance party ticket, CME/CE, etc.), log in to the Attendee Service Center (ASC). Login credentials were included in your conference registration confirmation email.

Can I use multiple coupon / discount codes?No. Coupon codes cannot be combined in the system.
Can residents register at the student rate?No. The student rate is reserved for students who are enrolled full-time in an academic degree program. We do have a monthly payment plan available to help spread the registration fee out over time, and we hope this makes the conference more accessible to all.
How do I become a speaker?The Call for Session Proposals has ended and we are no longer accepting speaker applications. To be notified of future AIHM speaking opportunities, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter.
How do I check my membership status?To check your membership status, log in to the AIHM website and navigate to the Membership section of your account. If you need assistance logging in, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does it cost to add on lunches?In order to respond to increasing hotel food costs, AIHM has come up with a solution that allows you to choose whether or not to add food to your registration.
The lunch add-on is available for $360 and includes four (4) lunches. Please know that AIHM has priced the lunches according to what we are charged by the conference venue, and we do not make any profit on meal badge sales.
If you choose to provide your own meals, please note that lunch breaks will be two (2) hours (with the exception of a 1 hour lunch on Day 1) and there are dining options available onsite as well as many offsite options just a quick Lyft / Uber ride from the hotel.
How do I log in to the Attendee Service Center (ASC)?The Attendee Service Center (ASC) is your one-stop-shop for updating your registration record, accessing your registration receipt and making a payment. You should have received login credentials in the confirmation email that was sent to you upon registration. If you do not remember your password, use the “Forgot Password?” feature on the login screen to reset it. Should you need further assistance, contact us at email@example.com.
What is the conference cancellation policy?Registration fees are refundable if received in writing on or before September 15, 2019. All refund requests and cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If you paid in full, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the cancellation fee. If you selected a monthly payment plan and have paid less than $150 at the time of your cancellation request, you will be charged the cancellation fee ($150 minus amount paid to date).
AIHM reserves the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary. AIHM also reserves the right to cancel this conference, in which case a full refund of the registration/exhibit fees will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of AIHM cancelation.
